Refund Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
Our Commitment
We stand behind every visit. If something about a completed visit doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — either by performing the visit again at no additional cost, or by issuing an appropriate refund.
Plan Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and visits already scheduled within that period will still be performed.
Annual Payments
Annual one-time payments can be refunded on a pro-rated basis for any visits not yet completed, less a small administrative fee.
One-Time Visits
One-Time Visits may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit date. After that point, the visit is non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Weather and Cemetery Access
If a visit is delayed by severe weather or temporary cemetery closure, we will complete it as soon as conditions allow at no additional cost. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@everbloom.ca with your name, plan, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund inquiries within two business days.
