We use your information to schedule and complete visits, send photo updates and tribute confirmations, process payments, respond to your inquiries, and improve our service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with the trusted service providers necessary to deliver our service (payment processors, communications platforms) and with cemetery administrators when required to perform a visit. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work diligently to protect your data.
Photo Privacy
Photos shared publicly on our website or social channels have all identifying details removed. Photos sent to you privately as visit updates are never shared without your consent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@everbloom.ca. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
