Who uses gravesite care and beautification services?+

Families who live far away, those with mobility challenges, busy schedules, or anyone who wants to ensure their loved one's resting place is consistently cared for with dignity and beauty throughout the year.

Doesn't the cemetery take care of gravesites?+

Cemeteries typically handle general grounds maintenance like lawn mowing, but they do not provide personal care such as removing debris around the headstone, placing flowers, or seasonal decorations. That's where we come in.

How often can gravesite care be scheduled?+

Our seasonal plans include four visits per year (spring, summer, fall, winter). The EverBloom Plus plan adds an additional tribute visit. One-time visits can be booked anytime.

What types of items can you place at the gravesite?+

Fresh and artificial floral arrangements, monument saddles, seasonal pots, vase flowers, greenery, ribbons, and small commemorative items — always in accordance with the cemetery's regulations.

What happens if the cemetery has restrictions on flowers or decorations?+

We always follow the specific guidelines of each cemetery. If a chosen item isn't permitted, we'll contact you to suggest an alternative that honors your wishes while respecting the rules.

Are watering services offered?+

Our fresh arrangements use water-retaining floral foam designed for longevity. Recurring watering visits can be arranged as a custom add-on.

Can I choose the type of flowers?+

Yes. For your summer visit you can choose between fresh flowers, artificial arrangements, real flower pots, or vase flowers. Custom personalization is available for an additional fee.

Can you deliver a personal message on my behalf?+

Absolutely — we can deliver video messages, written notes, audio messages and/or cards at no extra cost.

How will I know the service was completed?+

After every visit, you'll receive photo updates by text, email, or both so you can see your loved one's resting place.

I don't know the exact location of my loved one's grave. Can you help locate it?+

Yes. With the cemetery name and the name on the monument, we can typically locate the gravesite by working with cemetery records.

I haven't visited the gravesite in years. How can I find out what condition it is in?+

We can perform a condition assessment visit and send you detailed photos along with our recommendations for care.

Do you provide services for pet memorials?+

Yes — we proudly care for pet memorials in cemeteries we service. Please contact us for custom arrangements.

What payment options are available?+

We accept all major credit cards. Plans can be paid monthly or as a one-time annual payment.

What areas do you serve?+

We serve the Greater Montreal region, from Rigaud through the West Island, Montreal Island, and surrounding areas.

Can you visit any cemetery?+

We currently service a list of cemeteries (see our Coverage page). If your loved one's cemetery isn't listed, contact us — we frequently expand our service area.

What happens during the winter months?+

During the holiday season we place a fresh greenery arrangement on the headstone. Site cleanup resumes in spring when the snow melts.

Can you place flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, or other special occasions?+

Yes. Our EverBloom Plus plan includes one additional tribute visit of your choice, and you can also book one-time tribute visits anytime.

What if the weather is poor on the scheduled visit date?+

Severe weather may delay a visit by a few days for safety reasons. We'll always complete the visit as soon as conditions allow and keep you informed.

Can you clean headstones and monuments?+

Our standard cleanup includes wiping debris off the monument. Deep cleaning with chemical solutions is available as a separate specialty service to avoid damaging the stone.

Are your flowers fresh or artificial?+

Both are available. Fresh flowers and greenery are local and Canadian grown. Artificial arrangements are weather-resistant and chosen for color longevity.

Can multiple family members receive the photo updates?+

Yes — just provide the additional email addresses or phone numbers when you set up your plan, and we'll include everyone.
